Our work for Beechwood spans almost every aspect of their marketing, communications and community outreach and includes the Beechwood Cemetery Foundation. An integral step to our partnership with Beechwood has been to modernize their online presence to better reflect their large service offering. We continue to work with Beechwood on implementing a variety of features to the website in order to increase its functionality. The website features a robust online memorial system and ecommerce functionality.
We built a custom online donation platform integrated with Hubspot that would allow users to make a donation to the Beechwood Cemetery Foundation and/or other Beechwood initiatives directly through the main website.
We also designed and produced a donation mailer and buck slip for those who prefer to contribute by post.
We redesigned and produced The Beechwood Way, a quarterly publication issued by the organization covering various topics.
In our efforts to standardize Beechwood’s marketing materials, we adopted a clean and modular design pattern to accommodate any amount of content and feature their beautiful photography.
To assist Beechwood in their community outreach and event marketing, we sourced a number of unique promotional products including umbrellas, notepads, envelopes and paper cups. We even designed a custom bean bag toss game.
We have collaborated again with Beechwood Foundation to achieve their awareness and fundraising objectives. We saw their potential to benefit from the Google Ad Grants for Nonprofits and we qualified them and set up their targeted campaigns.
Beechwood was keen on educating its target audience about the bereavement industry before they needed it. We designed and managed paid ad campaigns to promote the death literacy program and the Beechwood Foundation.
