CREA implemented a campaign to educate its members on the benefits of its WEBForms service. As part of this campaign, we created a series of items such as brochures, videos and landing pages to help get the message out to Canadian realtors.

REALTOR.ca DDF® video series
To help its membership learn more about the REALTOR.ca DDF® service, CREA partnered with Cyan to create a series of videos which demonstrated how the service works and the benefits it provides to realtors.
Cyan has created a number of different products for CREA. Everything from trade show booths and banners to a custom toolbox serving as an information package for its members. CREA asked us to develop a campaign to get brokers and owners to sign up for in-person training on all the tools available to REALTORS® on REALTOR.ca. The challenge was to develop an eye-catching piece to highlight all the tools available in one place. We designed a custom-fabricated steel toolbox to house a number of items, including a branded multi tool and a flip book outlining all the different tools, features and benefits. A poster was also included to encourage agents to attend the training sessions, which booked up quickly as a result of this successful direct mail member outreach campaign.
To educate its members on how CREA supports brokerages, Cyan developed a digital interactive brochure that outlines the tools and services CREA provides to ensure success. This brochure was a digital version of the one that was included in the promotional toolbox.
To highlight CREA’s work and the benefits it provides to its membership, Cyan produced a highlight video of the organization’s accomplishments in 2020 despite the challenging circumstances created by COVID-19.
The video was also updated to recap some highlights from 2021.
MLS® Home Price Index Video Series
CREA was seeking to educate their members on the availability of a new pricing tool called the MLS® Home Price Index (HPI). We worked with them to create a series of filmed and animated videos to explain what the HPI tool is, why it’s valuable, and how to use it. The video campaign was successful in increasing usage of the tool and ongoing engagement with their members.
